These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Freeward Int Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Freeward", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Freeward platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before they come into force.

 

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union; 18 in India).
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

 

4. Account Terms

Only one account per person is permitted. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Only one account is permitted per IP address or household. Use of VPN services, proxies, or other means to mask or alter your IP address is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

 

5. Rewards and Redemption

Coins and rewards earned on Freeward hold no monetary value until redeemed in accordance with these Terms. Freeward reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all reward requests before processing them.

Purchased gift cards will be delivered to the email address registered on your account. Once a reward is confirmed and dispatched, you are solely responsible for its safekeeping.

You must select your reward carefully; reward type changes after confirmation are not permitted.

High-value rewards may be subject to manual review. Where an offer involves a payment or purchase, we may require supporting documentation (e.g. proof of completion or a partially redacted identity document) before processing the reward.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to place a hold on reward requests of up to 90 days following offer completion while we investigate.

If your account is inactive for 60 or more consecutive days, any accumulated coins or credits may be forfeited. Inactivity means not completing any offers and not accessing the Service during that period. We will provide at least 7 days' email notice before forfeiting any earned balance.

 

6. Referral Programme

You may invite new users to Freeward and earn a 10% lifetime commission on all coins your referrals earn from surveys and offers. New users who register via your referral link will receive 100 coins upon sign-up.

Referral commissions are subject to the same fraud-prevention checks as other rewards. Freeward reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions where fraudulent referrals are detected.

 

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Service in any unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to hack, intercept, decrypt, or disrupt any transmission to or from Freeward's servers.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with offers or reward requests.
• Using temporary or disposable email addresses to register or access the Service.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or fraud controls using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the Service. Where possible, we will provide you with reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before taking action.

In urgent cases — such as suspected fraud, security threats, or serious violations — we may suspend your account immediately and without prior notice. We will inform you of the reason as soon as reasonably practicable.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any unredeemed coins or rewards will be forfeited, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Freeward and its partners shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures of any kind within the Service or its infrastructure.
• Errors or inaccuracies in data provided by third-party offer or survey providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. EU/UK consumers retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Freeward Int Group Ltd and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 within the European Union; 18 within India). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable age threshold. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply and shall not be diminished by this clause.

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms at least 14 days before they come into effect, either by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Minor or non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors) may be made without notice.
